Where we ship

Shortgevity currently ships to Switzerland only. If your delivery address is outside Switzerland, checkout will not be available.

Fulfilment and production

Shortgevity products are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner. Production time is 2–5 business days before shipping. This is separate from transit time.

Estimated delivery times

After production, estimated transit time within Switzerland is 3–7 business days.

Total delivery time = production (2–5 days) + transit (3–7 days). All times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier processes outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight. The exact cost is displayed before payment is completed. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — current conditions are shown at checkout.

Customs and import duties

All orders are shipped within Switzerland, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shortgevity@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
